Our interview process is three stages:

  1. Meet with one of our hiring managers online for 15 minutes to receive an introduction to the company and outline of the job description. This is informal and can be done in regular attire.
  2. Talk with one of the managers online for 45 minutes in a traditional interview format to understand the Company’s vision for 2024 and how these roles will develop and grow, followed by a short assessment.
  3. If successful, a follow up call will be made to make a decision based on the verdict of the second stage.

Marketing Assistant (Offline)

At STP, we are looking for ambitious trainees that we can develop and cross-train from an entry-level role, starting by learning and understanding the basics and foundations of our sector to then accelerate into a team leadership position to oversee one of our new client accounts.

This position is well-suited for recent graduates or individuals seeking a change or new adventure, as prior experience is not required. Our Management team will offer one-on-one training and guidance to ensure you receive the appropriate development.

This Role Involves:
  • Working as part of the high energy team representing brands at our promotional events around London
  • Being responsible for honest and ethical marketing and sales presentations.
  • Interacting with the client’s customer base on a face-to-face basis.
  • Utilising and developing soft skills (if you are good with people lets meet and discuss)
  • Learning how to manage and lead an events team of 2-5 people
  • Learning how to book/manage/coordinate events and tailor a strategy for clients

STP located in Islington is looking to fill some openings that combine sales, customer service and marketing.

Customer Representative and Sales Advisor

At STP we have recently had an increase in client budgets, we are searching for ambitious individuals to learn our business strategy inside out from the ground upwards and grow into a management role to oversee one of our divisions.

Initial responsibilities of the role:
  •  To learn our marketing and acquisition strategy being the face of one of our client’s brands
  •  Providing general marketing and sales support via promotional event campaigns
  • Developing and refining  soft skills and interpersonal skills
  • Guiding and navigating potential customers through the registration process.
Once you’ve shown us you are capable of implementing our marketing strategy  we then want to spend the next few months teaching you;
  • Team Leadership (Learning how to guide, mentor and micro-manage others)
  • Campaign management, (Managing a campaign, how to increase productivity and output)
  • Territory Management (Booking and scheduling events and  locations to conduct promotional activities)
  • Recruitment & HR, (How to effectively scale the workforce to meet client demands)
  •  Finance & legal  (Learning how to manage budget cycles and service level agreements)
  •  Project management. (Getting a shot at being the primary decision-maker of a project)

Progression and earnings are based on individual performance meaning that there is no cap on how much you can earn and your growth is based on your input and ability to reach a set criteria.

Our Mandatory Requirements: 
  • Must be 18+ years of age and fully eligible to work in the UK please note we cannot provide sponsorship for Student Visa’s
  • London based or able to commute to Central London on a day to day basis 
Our Preferred requirements (not essential):
  • Bachelors Degree with a 2:1 or above
  • Previous experience working with people, (retail, hospitality, sales or any form of a customer-facing role)
  • A positive attitude
  • Being solution-oriented
  • Being coachable with a willingness to learn
  • Ambition to grow and progress at a fast rate
